Delivery
Standard orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Standard shipping
fee for a 1 to 2 pound package is $12.00. Additional charge for additional
weight. Regular UPS Ground Service takes 5 to 12 working days. If you desire
faster delivery, 3Day, 2ndDay or next day service is available. We ship via UPS,
FED EX, US MAIL or other specified carrier. Rates are quoted at the time of
shipment. You may go to these services websites to figure out your

Stock Products are shipped within 2 days after order
confirmation. Custom made products are shipped within two weeks, depending on
current backlog. Inquire at time of ordering.
Prices
Prices are quoted in US dollars, FOB our warehouse in Seattle WA.
Prices published are subject to change without notice. Minimum Order is $25.00.
Terms
Net 30 days. We accept Visa, Master card American Express, COD, cash
and checks. Washington residents must pay the state sales tax of 8.8%
Return Policy
Authorization is required before returning any item for credit
or replacement. Stock Products must be returned within 60 days of the
original invoice. A re-stocking fee is charged. Custom made products
are subject to review; please call or email to discuss the situation with Boat
Leather

Past Due
Accounts
A finance charge of
1.5% per month (annual rate 18%) calculated on a day to day basis will be applied to
accounts more than 30 days past due.
